Payment Options

We accept major credit cards, MasterCard, American Express, Discover and Visa. Payment is due at the time your order is placed. If you select the option that states "in-store payment" you are required to contact customer service within 2 business days with your valid billing information, or to make payment arrangements with a money order. If you do not contact customer service you will need to replace your order. If you select  in-store payment, your order  will not be processed until payment is made.

Proofs

On the personalization page , the page where you select your verse or enter custom wording you will be given the option to have a proof, there is a charge for this, please make sure you check that box to get the proof for each personalized item you want a proof for.

 
You will be asked to please check here if you would like a proof of your wording. On each item requesting a proof, the charge is $10.00 per item. Within 2-3 business days you will receive via email a PDF black and white proof. The PDF will show the layout, wording, and typesetting. Upon approval of your proof, your order will be processed. You are able to make changes to your wording/proof at that time.  We will not print your item until we receive the proof approval/

International Shipping

Shipping goes according to weight and destination, it is calculated in the shopping cart, at the time you input your shipping information. You have the option of overnight, 2 day, 3 day or UPS ground shipping. Please keep in mind the printing time that is required.
*NOTE UPS doesn't count Sat and Sunday as transit days

We ship international. You will see the drop down when you are on the page to enter your shipping information. ** Please note we will not ship Disney or Precious Moments outside the US, you need to provide a US shipping address for these items.

Samples

When you are on the product page where you view the full pricing, click the link that stated "Request Sample" Samples are sent blank, to ensure satisfaction with the cardstock there will be no printing on the sample unless you request a random printed sample.  Samples are shipped first class mail and may take up to 10 - 14 days for delivery.

Refunds and Return Policy

Sandstone strongly urges that you carefully proof all text while placing your order and print your detailed order information. We will not issue refunds on printed products for customer typos, omissions, or changed dates. When you placed your order you were asked to print out your detailed invoice, that invoice will show you the exact wording you inputted to be printed, the quantities, the lettering style and colors. If you did not receive an item how you ordered it, please contact us immediately with your order confirmation number, and what is different on your order that your invoice shows.

Foreign Languages

We can print foreign languages when the letters are from the English alphabet. In addition, we offer Spanish verses for wedding and Quince Años ensembles. There is no extra charge for us to print Spanish. On the personalization page for your invitation, please enter custom text.

Production Time

In-house production time varies, standard production time is 2-3 business days , several items require longer production time.

Please read your product descriptions carefully if more than the standard 2-3 business days are required in production it will be stated on the product page.

Production time cannot be waived, rush orders are not allowed, Your UPS shipping option takes effect after this production time.

Photo, Magnets, Logo and custom cards may require up to 6 additional days in production.

Errors

If you’ve sent your order and you’ve found you’ve made a mistake, please call us immediately (920-206-0615). We will confirm the status of your order, and will let you know if a change can be made. Please note additional fees may be required to stop your order to make a change. We encourage you to look over your order very carefully before sending it to avoid the cost of having it reprinted.

We can not guarantee that we can catch the order in production, please review all wording before submitting the order to us.

If we make a mistake, we will make every attempt to get you the correct product to you as soon as possible.

Envelopes

Blank envelopes are always included in our printed invitation pricing, you have the option , for an extra cost, to have your envelopes imprinted with your return address, on with the more formal invitations you have the option to have your inner envelopes lined, if you do not choose these options you DO get blank envelopes.

If you select the option to imprint the outer envelope flap with printed return address for invitation. Envelopes printed with your return address will save time and ensure return of undeliverable mail. We recommend choosing the same font and ink color as your invitation or announcement.

 

**Note - the blank stock we offer requires envelopes to be purchased separately.

Custom Text

When your order come to the invitation personalization page, you will see suggested verses. If you do not like the verses, or if you the event wording you want is not offered please delete what is in the lines and input your custom wording, there is no extra charge for this.  If you are sending (e-mailing) custom text, when you send a word doc, the lettering styles that you have on your computer system that show you the lettering style does not carry through, we need the lettering style code from our site in order to process this.  We need that , not in a word doc, or adobe, we need that in an e-mail that we can copy and paste to note with production.

Important Quantity Tip

Make sure to order enough invitations! Order enough to send one to each family, couple, or household. You may wish to order extra invitations to cover last-minute additions to the guest list or any guests you may have overlooked. To save money, order an additional 25. The cost at the time of your original order is lower than if you were to order 25 at another time. If you come back to re-order you will need to start at the original base cost, it is much more cost effective to order extra!

The price for an additional 25 is always a better value than a new order for 25. Consider ordering an extra 25 in case of mistakes or last minute additions. All reorders will be billed at the original base price and not the additional quantity price.

Tissues

As of November 3, 2008, tissues will no longer be included with Carlson Craft wedding invitations, with the exception of engraved invitations.
Based on Carlson Craft's research, we have found that most customers no longer use tissues with their wedding invitations. In the past, tissues were used as a buffer to prevent wet ink from smearing. Today's ink does not smear, therefore tissues are no longer necessary.

Ordering invitations

Invitations not only inform your guests of the date, time, location and hosts of the wedding, they set the tone for your entire celebration. Your wedding invitation may also include the time and location of the reception. Mail announcement six weeks before the wedding and be sure to have your invitations weighed at the post office to determine the proper postage. After entering your invitation copy you will have the option of selecting a lined inner envelope.

Outer Envelopes with Printed Return Address

Save time while making sure undeliverable invitations are returned to you by having your outer envelopes printed with a return address for a slight additional charge. This will also ensure that those guests who want to send cards and gifts directly to your home will have the correct address.

Reception Folders and Cards
Reception cards are used to inform guests of the location of the wedding reception and or dance. Since reception cards are enclosed in with your invitation, mailing envelopes are not necessary. Reception cards use the same folding card as an informal and respond card.

Respond Folders and Cards
Respond cards are used to help determine how many guests plan to attend your wedding. An accurate count is vital for preparing enough food, seating and other accommodations so ordering respond cards can actually save you money. Response cards should be enclosed with your invitation and returned by guests by the date indicated on the card (usually two weeks before the wedding.) Today, many cards are printed to allow guests to select an entree as well as indicate if they will be attending your celebration.

When you purchase your response cards, free response envelopes will be included. They should be printed with the address of whoever will be tallying the guest count. As a convenience for your guests, be sure to include a stamp on each envelope.
