Once
you have decided on the size of the event consider
the budget for the reception, there are many costs
you may not have considered from the band to the
wedding favors and linen rental. The budget
will be effected immensely on the reception.
Now that you have the size of the wedding and the
type of reception you wish start your list.
Early
on you need to speak with your family and clarify
their involvement in the guest list. It is common
for me to receive calls asking to add on more
invitations to an order because there were
co-workers of dad or clients that were not on the
list and need an invitation. It is your
wedding, if you decide to invite children, remember
that factors in when you figure all the costs for
the dinner and favors etc... Set an age limit
, or restrict your list to children of immediately
family only. That is a suggestion that will
solve many conflicts with you are your family. |
